This presentation explores the structural organization of ISKCON temples and the potential difficulties arising in situations when the legal structure is not matching the actual managerial structure. The proposed solution lies in bringing the legal and the ecclesiastical status together- this has the potential to positively affect the functioning of our temples and projects in many aspects. It creates a situation in which temple managers and devotees are empowered, responsible and become more productive members of our Iskcon Society.
