#3 The Secret Of Servant Leadership
Lord Caitanya descended in this world to show by His personal example the ideal conduct of a devotee and especially that of one in the position of leadership. He taught that the essential virtue of a Vaishnava leader is to be in the mood of being a servant. Drawing lessons from the life & teachings of the great Vaishnava acaryas & the scriptures, this seminar is a humble attempt to present the essential characteristics of a servant-leader, especially in context of a Vaishnava community. As taught by Srila Prabhupada himself, this mood is crucial for the expansion and sustenance of this Sankirtan mission.
