In keeping with the ILS 2018 themes, it helps you to achieve your desired impact in a systematic, consistent and sustainable manner. It is the method by which any organization defines how it will move into the future. Partake in simple practical workshops and learn the following:
• Steps for creating a strategic plan for your region, temple, project or yourself.
• How to stick to plans so that they bear fruit?
• How to create a favourable culture to improving your life and the life of your projects?
• Tips and tricks to keep your plans dynamic and make the difference between wishful thinking and effective strategic planning.

You will leave this seminar with a draft high-level plan for your project, easy-to-use skills and handouts to review at your leisure and with your team back home.

Subhananda Dasa, a disciple of Partha Sarathi Das Goswami, joined ISKCON in 1993. He serves as a member of the GBC Strategic Planning Team and the GBC Organizational Development Committee since 2013. He is the convener of the Strategic Planning Support Team. He has served as a member of the Sri Sri Radha Radhanath Temple Management Board (Durban, SA), and a director of Food for Life South Africa. In the secular world he has experience across a spectrum of industries, in part, assisting companies to stabilize, improve and grow their businesses to meet their vision. He is a post graduate in the field of Engineering, Construction IT and Strategy Management.

HG Subhananda Dasa

Smara Hari Dasa joined ISKCON in SA in 1977 and since then attended regular family Namahatta under the expert guidance of Partha Sarathi Das Goswami. Since 2016, he served as a member of the SPS team under the GBC Strategic Planning Team. He also served the ISKCON BBTI Executive Management as Special Projects manager. For many years, he planned and rolled out major festivals at ISKCONs temple in Durban, SA. He holds a Masters’ Degree in Engineering. In industry, he has almost 20 years of experience in technology management, change management and the development and implementation of strategies.
